Ecology Building Society AGM 2024

Our AGM takes place at Cloth Hall Court, Quebec Street, Leeds, LS1 2HA, which is very close to Leeds Railway Station. We chose the venue, timing and format of the meeting based on comments from Members after the 2023 event. This year we're also streaming the event live online for Members who can't attend in person.

The meeting is a chance for Members to hear directly from our Board about our 2023 performance, Ecology's forthcoming plans and priorities, and ask questions about what matters to them.

This year we'll also be talking about the work we've been doing to refresh our stated purpose, and how we've listened to feedback from Members during this process.

We will be livestreaming and recording the AGM, as well as taking photographs during the event. If you're attending in person and would prefer not to appear in any footage or images, please let us know when you collect your badge at the registration desk.

While this year’s agenda will be focused more on the traditional AGM items, we’ll be holding a number of Member Meet-ups later in the year. These sessions have been very successful in the past.

Over 1,000 of you provided feedback to help shape our 2024 programme of events for Members and we’ll be sending out invites to the first event following the AGM.
